This spring wedding in Savannah included fresh hues of peach, mint, and gold to embody the couple’s vintage garden theme. Southern accents included sweetgrass roses in the bridal party’s bouquets and an outdoor ceremony beneath oak trees in Savannah’s Forsyth Park. Jessica and Josh are high school sweethearts who have been together for 8 years. Josh’s surprise proposal took place at his flight school graduation when Jessica was asked to pin his wings onto his uniform. Their longtime love story was displayed on a rustic set of windows that included photos from every year they’ve been together. The couple celebrated with friends and family at the American Legion Post 135 where festivities not only included dancing but a spontaneous auction and cake cutting with a sword. It’s these spontaneous fun-loving moments that helped create an unforgettable wedding day. Congratulations to Jessica and Josh!
